One cloud kitchen. Six branded food trolleys. Online ordering, delivery operations, a CRM, an admin panel and an Android app — running as one system in your city.
Excludes rent, deposits, statutory licence fees and GST.
A ZEN Z city partnership is a business you operate. It earns what it sells, minus what it costs to run — which depends on your city, your sites, your team and your discipline. Commercial terms, location feasibility and the final setup are settled by due diligence, a site review and the signed agreement, not by this page.
What we can show you is exactly what the package contains and how the system works. That is what the rest of this page does.
A single kitchen and six trolleys are not seven businesses — they are one business with one prep line and six places to sell from. That is the whole idea, and it is why the technology matters as much as the food.
Batch prep, cooking and quality control happen in one compliant commercial kitchen, under one licence and one team, to ZEN Z recipes and specifications.
Branded trolleys placed across the city finish and serve, catch walk-up demand where the footfall is, and double as pickup points for online orders.
Customers order on the ZEN Z website or the Android app. The order lands on the kitchen screen and is routed to a trolley or to a rider.
Orders, items, customers, riders, staff and franchise enquiries report into one admin panel, so the city is run from one screen rather than six phone calls.

The final list is written into your agreement after the site review. This is what the city package is built around.
Layout, equipment specification and fit-out for a kitchen sized to supply six trolleys, plus support through FSSAI, GST and trade-licence paperwork.
Built, branded and delivered ready to trade, with the signage, uniform and packaging artwork that go with them.
The recipe book, dish specifications and category mix across breakfast, tea and coffee, snacks, healthy bowls, ice cream and non-veg.
Your outlets listed on the ZEN Z ordering website with their own pages, menus, prices and delivery radius.
The ZEN Z customer app — browse, order, pay and track — with your city's outlets in it.
Enquiries, scoring, ownership, follow-up dates and notes, so nothing that comes in gets lost.
Catalogue, pricing, outlets, orders, customers, staff roles and reporting in one place.
A live board of incoming orders with status transitions, so the kitchen works from a screen rather than a shout.
Assignment and dispatch for your delivery riders, with order status tracked to the doorstep.
Brand kit, launch plan and the opening period covered with our team alongside yours.
Kitchen and trolley staff training on the recipes, the equipment and the platform, and ongoing operating support afterwards.
The website, app, CRM, admin, kitchen and rider screens are ZEN Z's platform. You operate on it; you do not have to build or maintain it.
One kitchen cooks, the trolleys sell, the web app, the Android app and your riders reach the customer — and every sale reports into the CRM. No gaps where an order can quietly disappear.

Nine questions. Two minutes.
You can open every one of these before you speak to us. We would rather you did.
One cloud kitchen set up to specification, six branded food trolleys, the menu and recipes across our categories, your outlets on the ZEN Z ordering website and Android app, the franchise CRM, the admin panel, the kitchen order screen, the rider dispatch screen, branding, and launch and training support. The final list is written into your agreement.
Starts at ₹25 lakh, with larger city and highway tiers at ₹50 lakh and ₹1.5 crore. Where you land inside it — and whether it moves — depends on the city, the kitchen site, the scope agreed and the commercial terms. It is fixed in writing only after a site review, and it excludes rent, deposits, statutory licence fees and GST.
No. A cloud kitchen needs a compliant commercial site and the trolleys need placements, and we review all of it with you before anything is signed — but not having a site yet does not stop the conversation. Plenty of partners apply while they are still looking.
Kitchen and trolley staff training on the recipes, equipment and platform; the opening period run alongside our team; and ongoing operating support afterwards. The technology — website, app, CRM, admin, kitchen and rider screens — is built and maintained by ZEN Z, so it is not something you have to staff.
The kitchen does prep, batch cooking and quality control in one place under one licence and one team. The trolleys are the selling points: they finish and serve, take walk-up demand where the footfall is, and act as pickup points for online orders. Central prep is what makes six selling points possible without six kitchens — and it is also what keeps a dish tasting the same at all six.
An order placed on the website or the app appears on the kitchen screen, is assigned to a trolley or to a rider, and is tracked to completion. Orders, items, customers and enquiries all report into the admin panel.
No. Business performance depends on city, location, demand, execution and operating costs. No income or return is guaranteed, and an outlet can lose money. ZEN Z does not pool funds, does not sell a financial product and will not quote you a payback period.
A single outlet is one format at one site, starting at a much lower setup cost — that is the outlet franchise. The city package is a different business: a kitchen, six trolleys, delivery operations and a city to run them in.
Yes. This page is the entry tier of the city model — one kitchen, six trolleys. Larger builds, a tier 2 city or a highway food-mall format sit at the ₹50 lakh and ₹1.5 crore tiers and are set out on the master franchise page. Tell us on the form which one you are aiming at and we will talk about the right size on the first call.
Tell us the city, the timing and the range you are working with. We will tell you honestly whether it fits — and if it does not, we will say so on the first call.
