What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, mobile number, and — if you provide them — email, city and message. We also record the page you enquired from, any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, the referring website, and your IP address and browser user-agent.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the enquiry you submitted, to route it to the right person, and to detect automated or abusive submissions. Campaign parameters and referrer tell us which channels genuine enquiries come from. IP and user-agent are retained for abuse triage on a public form.
Consent
Every form requires you to tick a consent box before it can be submitted. Submitting a form is how you consent to us contacting you about that enquiry.
Where it goes
Into our own customer relationship system, hosted on infrastructure we control. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third-party marketing services.
Duplicate enquiries
If you enquire more than once about the same thing from the same number while an enquiry is still open, we attach it to your existing record rather than creating a duplicate.
Cookies and analytics
This website embeds no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. The cookies it does set are the ones it needs to work — keeping you signed in, protecting forms, remembering your basket — plus, only if you agree, a record of which advertisement or link brought you here. Every one of them is named and explained in the cookie policy, which is also where you change or withdraw that choice.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
Your choices

Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry records is restricted to staff who need it, with per-role permissions and an audit trail of changes. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send documents, identity numbers or payment details through a website form.
