Back a business you can
actually watch run.
Fund ZEN Z kitchens and trolleys through a documented agreement, and get an investor login showing the same live numbers our operators see.
No guaranteed returns. ZEN Z does not offer guaranteed, fixed or assured returns. Business investments carry risk, including loss of capital.
Documented, allocated, visible
Three things we insist on, because they are what separate a real commercial arrangement from the schemes this sector is full of.
Documented
A written agreement with the BIC Ventures entity setting out the amount, what it funds, the term and exit terms. No verbal assurances.
Allocated
Your funds are applied to a named business or build-out, not an unallocated pool. Funds flow directly to that business.
Visible
An investor login on the ZEN Z platform showing live orders, revenue and outlet status for what you funded.
A system, not a single cart
Each ZEN Z city is one cloud kitchen feeding six trolleys across six separate 5 km zones, with demand routed through one app. The kitchen controls cost and consistency; the trolleys spread location risk.
- Central prep — one licence stack, one quality standard
- Six revenue points instead of one
- Zones planned so outlets don't cannibalise each other
- Orders, stock and settlement captured in software
One kitchen at the centre, trolleys placed across separate zones around it.
Kitchens, trolleys, equipment, working capital
Funds are applied to the specific business or expansion described in your agreement. These are the ZEN Z formats a funded city actually runs.
Central cloud kitchen
One kitchen cooking for every kiosk in the city
Health & Nutrition pod
Salads, juices, protein and wellness drinks
Breakfast Express pod
Idli, dosa, upma and poha at the morning rush
Dairy Fresh pod
Milk, lassi, buttermilk and paneer
Nothing here is an earnings claim. These are the formats capital is deployed into. What any one of them earns depends on real sales at a real location, and can be a loss.

What we will and will not say
Risk disclosure. Returns depend entirely on actual business performance and are never guaranteed or fixed. You may lose part or all of your capital. Nothing here is an offer of securities or investment advice, and BIC Ventures is not a registered investment adviser. Please take independent legal and tax advice.
Investment risk. ZEN Z does not promise, guarantee or fix any return. Every figure published on this site is either a cost we set or a clearly labelled illustration, and outcomes depend entirely on real business performance, location, season and operations. Business investments carry risk, including loss of capital. BIC Ventures acts as a facilitator — funds flow directly between partners and the businesses they back. Nothing on this website is an offer of securities or investment advice.
The questions worth asking
What return do you offer?
None that we will put a number on. ZEN Z does not offer guaranteed, fixed or assured returns, and any participation is in the actual performance of a real operating business — including the possibility of loss. Anyone promising you a fixed monthly percentage in this sector should be treated with suspicion.
Is this a security or a regulated investment product?
No. Nothing on this website is an offer of securities, a collective investment scheme or investment advice. Participation is structured as a documented commercial agreement with the BIC Ventures entity. Please take your own legal and tax advice before committing funds.
How is my money used, and how do funds flow?
Funds are applied to the specific business or expansion described in your agreement — kitchen, trolley build, equipment or working capital. BIC Ventures acts as facilitator; money flows directly between you and the business you are backing, not into an unallocated pool.
What visibility do I get after investing?
An investor login to the ZEN Z platform showing the live performance of the businesses you funded — orders, revenue and outlet status — plus periodic written reporting. You see the same operational numbers we do.
What is the minimum?
It depends on what you are backing — a share in a single running trolley business starts materially lower than funding a city build-out. We discuss the structure before any figure is agreed.
Can I exit?
Exit terms are defined in your agreement rather than promised on a website. Business investments of this kind are illiquid and you should assume your capital is committed for the agreed term.
