One city. One kitchen.
Seven kiosks.
A central ZEN Z cloud kitchen cooks fresh every morning. Branded trolley kiosks fan out across a 5 km radius and sell it all day. One kitchen, many outlets, one brand — and one operator running the whole city.
City master franchise from ₹30 Lakh — ₹1.5 Crore. Tier 3 city, tier 2 city, or a highway food-mall build. Pick the size your city can carry. Starting smaller? The ₹25–₹30 lakh city package is one cloud kitchen and six trolleys.
Three sizes. One system.
The model does not change — only how much of the city you take on. Every figure below is the setup cost, itemised in writing before a rupee moves.

How a ZEN Z city is laid out
One kitchen at the centre. Kiosks placed where the people already are — hospitals, tech parks, metro gates, colleges, markets.
The hub: one 1,200 sq ft kitchen cooking for every kiosk inside a 5 km radius.
Why the hub-and-kiosk shape works
- Fresh every morning. Bulk prep, quality checked and packed at the kitchen, dispatched to every trolley before opening.
- Placed at footfall. Hospitals, metro gates, tech parks, colleges and markets — not empty high streets.
- Move a weak pod. A trolley is mobile. A pod trading under its band for two weeks gets relocated, not written off.
- Every sale billed. POS, CCTV and a live dashboard on your phone. You see each kiosk's takings as they happen.
Seven kiosks, seven places to stand
Each concept is built for a particular kind of footfall. Which ones your city can carry — and where they should stand — is decided at the site review, not from a table.
| Kiosk concept | Typical placement | What it sells | Busiest hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| Health & Nutrition | Hospital gate | Salads · juices · protein · wellness drinks | Late morning and evening |
| Breakfast Express | Metro gate | Idli · dosa · upma · poha | 6 am to 11 am |
| Snacks Center | Tech park | Momos · fries · sandwiches · snacks | Lunch and 4 pm onwards |
| Tea & Coffee | Bus stand | Tea · coffee · filter coffee · snacks | All day, peaking morning and evening |
| Ice Cream & Desserts | Market lane | Scoops · sundaes · shakes · desserts | Afternoon and late evening |
| Dairy Fresh | Residential | Milk · lassi · buttermilk · paneer | Early morning and evening |
| Non-Veg Express | College road | Chicken · egg · fish · kababs | Evening and night |
We do not publish takings figures. What a kiosk sells depends on its location, footfall, hours, pricing, wastage and how well it is run — none of which we control, and none of which anyone can honestly predict for a site they have not seen. ZEN Z does not guarantee any income or return. Be sceptical of anyone in this industry who quotes you a daily figure.

The trolley you actually get
Every kiosk is built to one specification — compact enough for a single person to move and park, finished well enough to stand outside a metro gate or an IT park all day.
One kitchen.
Many outlets.
One brand.
- Central cloud kitchen, 1,200 sq ft
- Standardised recipes with exact gram weights
- Bulk preparation and quality control
- Smart dispatch to every kiosk before opening
- One trained team instead of seven kitchens
How a ZEN Z city runs, every day
One kitchen cooks, seven trolleys sell, three ways reach the customer — and every sale lands in the CRM. Seven steps, every day, in the same order, which is exactly what makes it teachable to staff and repeatable across a city.
- Central cloud kitchenOne licensed kitchen preps, cooks and quality-checks every dish each morning.
- Morning distributionFresh food is dispatched to each concept trolley before it opens.
- Sell at the trolleyWalk-up customers buy at the counter; orders also arrive from the web app and Android app.
- Rider deliversA ZEN Z rider brings online orders to the door within the outlet's radius.
- Every sale in the CRMCounter, web and app sales all land in the ZEN Z CRM and admin panel.
The seven steps, in order
Raw material sourcing
Centralised bulk purchasing for best quality and cost.
Central cloud kitchen
Food preparation, quality check and packaging in one place.
Distribution to trolleys
Fresh food dispatched to every trolley each morning.
Trolley operations
Premium kiosks serving customers at high-footfall locations.
Sales at the trolley
Every sale billed on the spot through the POS, so the day's takings are recorded as they happen.
Online orders
Orders from the app, the website and the aggregators.
Reporting
Daily sales, item and outlet reports in the admin panel, so you are reading numbers rather than guessing at them.
Small outlets, one shared kitchen
One kitchen, many outlets
Seven selling points off one rent, one licence and one trained team.
A trolley is not a restaurant
A trolley costs a fraction of a restaurant and can trade the same day it lands.
Easy to manage
One person runs a kiosk. Recipes are fixed, so quality does not depend on a chef.
High footfall placement
You go where the queue already is instead of paying to create one.
Strong brand
Uniform, packaging, signage and app all built and maintained centrally.
Fresh, hygienic
Cooked that morning, quality-checked at the kitchen, CCTV on the counter.

From your enquiry to your opening
Nothing is paid on this page, and nothing is agreed on a phone call. Every cost and every boundary is on paper before you commit.
Do you need food experience? No, but you do need to be present. Our most successful format is an owner-operator who is on site during peak hours, not an absentee investor. If you want a hands-off structure, look at the investor route instead.
Straight answers
What is included in the ₹50 Lakh master franchise?
Cloud kitchen setup, branded smart trolleys, the city delivery app, territory rights for the agreed area, staff training, SOP documentation and launch marketing. The exact inventory is itemised in the agreement before you pay anything.
What are the ongoing costs?
Rent, staff, raw material, utilities, and a platform fee for the app and brand. We put every recurring line item in writing during the discussion stage — there are no fees introduced after signing.
How long does it take to open?
From signed agreement to launch typically runs several weeks and depends heavily on site availability, municipal permissions and FSSAI licensing in your city. We give you a dated plan for your specific city rather than a generic timeline.
What return can I expect?
We will not answer that with a number, and you should be sceptical of anyone in this industry who does. Returns depend on footfall, pricing, wastage, staffing and how well the business is run. We will show you the cost structure and the levers; the outcome is genuinely yours.
Is my territory protected?
Yes — the agreement defines your city or zone and we do not place another ZEN Z master franchise inside it. Zone boundaries are written into the contract, not agreed verbally.
Do I need food industry experience?
No, but you do need to be present. Our most successful format is an owner-operator who is on site during peak hours, not an absentee investor. If you want a hands-off structure, look at the investor route instead.
Tell us about your city
The more you tell us here, the more useful the first call is. Everything on this form is used to judge the city and the site — none of it is used to sell you anything else.
- We call you within one working day
- No money is taken on this page or on that call
- If your city or site will not work, we say so then — not after you have paid
What happens next. We call you within one working day, look at your city and your site, and give you a written, itemised proposal. No money is taken on this page or on that call. If your city or site will not work, we say so then — not after you have paid.
