What it is

The ZEN Z food ordering app.

ZEN Z is an Indian food brand with its own cloud kitchen, its own food trolleys and its own riders. The ZEN Z app is how you order from all of them: it shows the live menu of the trolleys near you, takes your order and payment, and tracks the rider to your door.

It is a web app at app.zenzindia.com, so there is nothing to download and it works on Android, iPhone and desktop. People may also search for our brand as ZENZ.

How ordering works

Four steps, one screen.

  • Open the ZEN Z app and allow location, or pick your city. The app lists the ZEN Z trolleys near you and whether each is open.
  • Choose a trolley and add dishes. Every card shows the price, calories and protein from the same catalogue the trolley uses.
  • Pay online, or choose pay-at-counter for pickup at the trolley.
  • Track your ZEN Z rider live and rate the trolley afterwards. No platform fee is added to your bill.

Android and iPhone

Do I need to install anything?

No. The ZEN Z app runs in your phone browser. On Android and iPhone you can add it to your home screen from the browser menu and it opens like a normal app. A Play Store listing will be linked here once it is published.

Is the ZEN Z app free?
Yes. The ZEN Z app is free to use and adds no platform fee. You pay only for the food and, where applicable, delivery.
Is ZEN Z the same as the ZENZ app?
People sometimes write ZEN Z as ZENZ. Our official brand name is ZEN Z. If you are looking for a finance or money-transfer app with a similar name, that is not us — ZEN Z is a food brand.
Which cities does the ZEN Z app cover?
Bengaluru, with locations in Mysuru, Mangaluru and Hubballi. The app shows only the trolleys that are live near you.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once a ZEN Z rider picks up your order, the app shows the rider on the map until it reaches you. You can also use Track order with your order number.
