A ZEN Z trolley is a small, movable outlet that serves one kind of food, supplied every morning by our cloud kitchen.
The idea
Why trolleys, not restaurants.
A ZEN Z trolley is a compact, branded outlet built to serve one category well: a breakfast trolley, a chai trolley, a dessert trolley. Because it is movable, it can stand where the customers are — outside offices in the morning, near a park in the evening — and be shifted on ZEN Z's own vehicle when needed.
Every trolley is billed live from the same catalogue the ZEN Z app uses, with CCTV on the counter. Food is cooked and packed in the ZEN Z cloud kitchen, so the trolley itself only heats, assembles and serves.

How a location works
One kitchen, a set of trolleys.
- Each ZEN Z location is one cloud kitchen plus a set of category trolleys within a few kilometres of it.
- Trolleys are owned by ZEN Z or run by franchise partners under the ZEN Z brand, catalogue and standards.
- Orders come from walk-ups at the counter and from the ZEN Z app; app orders are delivered by ZEN Z riders.
- Trolleys currently operate in Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru and Hubballi. The live list is on the homepage.
