How the kitchen works
Cook once, serve everywhere.
- The ZEN Z cloud kitchen preps and cooks each morning to the same recipes and portion standards across every location.
- Packed food goes out to each ZEN Z trolley before it opens; trolleys heat, assemble and serve.
- App orders for delivery are cooked or packed at the kitchen or the nearest trolley and handed to a ZEN Z rider.
- Calorie and protein figures on every dish card are kitchen estimates set here, not laboratory analyses.
Food safety

Each ZEN Z kitchen holds its own food licence and serves the trolleys within a few kilometres, which keeps transport short and food fresh. There is no aggregator between the kitchen and you; ordering, billing and delivery are all ZEN Z's own. Learn more about ZEN Z.
